Served as Senior Creative Producer on the Airbnb Experiences 2025 global campaign rollout, delivering live-action social and digital edits supporting a multi-market launch across 10+ regions. The production operated on a compressed six-week schedule with parallel offline and online editorial pipelines, high stakeholder visibility, and cross-time-zone collaboration.

Led vendor-side production orchestration across editorial, finishing, animation, and color partners, acting as the primary production point of contact between client executive production and internal post teams. Built and managed the master schedule, coordinated cross-department workflows, and aligned multiple creative and stakeholder groups across overlapping deliverable batches and platform spec requirements (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok).
Campaign edits integrated a mix of newly captured multi-territory footage and vetted archival assets, requiring cross-market usage validation, spec normalization across varied camera sources, and alignment with budget and rights constraints. Workstreams included concurrent localization across multiple languages and delivery matrices tied to a global keynote and paid media rollout. All deliverables shipped on schedule and supported a high-visibility global launch.
